Culture for Climate Scotland has created a series of policies to guide our work, each of which demonstrate our commitment to being a high-quality, fair, ethical and legislatively compliant organisation. The policies below apply to all Culture for Climate Scotland trustees, staff, freelancers, interns, volunteers and casual staff.

Cultural Climate Justice: EDI Action Plan
Culture for Climate Scotland is committed to actively incorporating equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) into all our work, events and recruitment processes. This flows from our vision, mission and outcomes. Our EDI action plan reports on our progress of activities in 2024-25 and sets out clear tasks and actions for the 2025-26 activity.

Culture for Climate Scotland has created a sustainability action plan that identifies key themes and trajectories for our scope for action and planned actions to reduce our carbon footprint.
